On 16.09.2023, the time had finally come to reach another milestone.
We were beaming in the bright sunshine with our solar-dried organic pineapple for the first time. It was a great pleasure for us to be part of the first organic festival in Feldkirch, Austria. A wide variety of organic farmers came together, so there was no shortage of food. Despite the huge selection of great organic products, many visitors stopped by our stand and tasted our sunny gold. At the same time, we were able to report on our project in Uganda and tell the story of how it came about.
This was the beginning of a wonderful snack station and we ended this market day with happy faces and empty pineapple baskets, as each of our parcels found a rather short-term but nevertheless new home in Vorarlberg.
