Pineapple chicken from the wok

 

What you need:

300 g chicken breast

50 g dried pineapple

1 onion

1 red bell pepper

2 cloves of garlic

approx. 2 cm ginger

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp oil

salt & pepper

Rice as a side dish

And this is how it works: Cut the chicken into mouth-sized pieces. Soak the dried pineapple pieces

soak in a little water. Cut the onion into rings and the bell pepper into strips. Finely chop the garlic

Finely chop the garlic and ginger. Heat the oil in a wok or large pan. First fry the chicken

until it starts to color. Then add the onion, garlic and ginger and fry briefly.

Add the peppers and pineapple and continue to fry. Add the soy sauce, salt and pepper, mix everything well

Mix well and simmer again for about 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
